Staff Accountant
NOTE THAT THIS POSTING IS FOR A POSITION WITH THE PARENT COMPANY, SOLAR INTEGRATED ROOFING CORP, THE ROLE IS HEADQUARTERED IN INDIANAPOLIS AT OUR SHARED SERVICES HQ (DOUBLES AS THE BALANCE DIVISIONAL OFFICE) . THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION. REMOTE IS NOT AN OPTION.
Position Overview
Manages various accounting functions including ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue and asset accounting, as well as associated analysis and reporting. Evaluates and makes improvements to accounting processes while ensuring that practices comply with organization accounting policies and applicable laws and regulations. Leads and directs accounting professional and support staff, including subordinate supervisors. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Extensive knowledge of department processes.

Required Education/Experience:
- BA Degree
- 5+ years related experience
- 1-3 years supervisory experience - Preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Preferred
